The team behind Mr Jiang says they have been cooking in Fuzhou, China, for more than ten years, and that Mount Austin is their first branch outside China.

I had a great experience at Mr Jiang. The atmosphere was cosy and the food came out fast, fresh, and full of flavour. I ordered three dishes Stir-fried long beans with minced meat – very fragrant, nicely seasoned, and cooked with a good wok-hei.
Wonderful dining experience overall! The food and restaurant atmosphere are both fantastic Food: We tried lychee pork with mango salad, roasted meat wraps and sizzling golden tofu. Every dish was delicious, well-cooked with rich flavorful sauces; portions are satisfying too.
From the moment we stepped into Jiang Fusion Cuisine, we knew we were in for a treat. We were welcomed warmly by a cheerful service staff who instantly set the tone for the evening with her bright smile and friendly attitude.
